Plus254 started with Stayce’s passion for cooking. While in college, Stayce would cook a lot of Kenyan dishes and Brian would invite people over to enjoy the meal with them. Everyone enjoyed the food and encouraged Stayce to start a business out of her gift of cooking. 

In 2017 we named the business Plus254(Kenyan area code) and registered it as an LLC. We continued to cater for several events saving the money we made. And in 2021 we decided to invest in a food truck and travel around the state and nearby states to serve our customers fresh, authentic African flavors. 

Summer of 2022, we began catering for cooperating events and that meant we needed a bigger space. In September of the same year, we opened our location in downtown Oklahoma City. Now we have expanded our territories and we will be shipping our authentic meals to several states in the United States.
