Our Story

Plus254 is run by Brian and Stayce — originally from Kenya — and we're proud to bring authentic East African cuisine to Oklahoma. What started as a food truck has grown into a Kenyan restaurant and family-run business, sharing the flavors we grew up with.

From our restaurant and food truck to our online menu and nationwide delivery of spices and favorite dishes, we make it easy to enjoy real Kenyan food like pilau, chapati, samosas, ugali, and more.

Kenyan food is delicious because of the spices and herbs we use: cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger, garlic, and turmeric. Our stews and sauces are onion-based and garnished with cilantro. From fish for the Luo, matoke for the Kisii, pilau for the coast, and mukimo for the Kikuyu plus ugali, the staple made from corn flour and served with stews and vegetables — we bring authentic flavors to your table.
