Our Story
Plus254 is run by Brian and Stayce — originally from Kenya — and we're proud to bring authentic East African cuisine to Oklahoma. We're the only East African cuisine food truck in the state, and we've built a family business around sharing the flavors we grew up with.
From our food truck and catering to our online menu and nationwide delivery of spices and favorite dishes, we're here to make it easy to enjoy real Kenyan food: pilau, chapati, samosas, ugali, and more.
