Shipping

We offer local delivery in the Oklahoma area and nationwide shipping for spices, dried goods, and select meal packs.

  • Oklahoma (local): Lower flat rate; delivery times vary by location. We’ll confirm when you order.
  • Central US (e.g. Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico): Standard flat rate.
  • Rest of US: Standard flat rate. Orders over a set amount may qualify for free shipping — see checkout for details.

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Perishable items may have restrictions; we’ll note this on the product page.

Returns

Because we sell prepared food and perishable goods, we generally cannot accept returns once items have been shipped or delivered. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@plus254food.com or (405) 276-3177 with your order details and we’ll work with you to make it right.
